2Hot2Cold statement on COVID-19 and our work

Dear Valued Customer,

You will be aware of the current situation regarding Coronavirus in the UK, and the current government advice. At 2Hot2Cold, we value our customers’ safety as well as that of our dedicated employees. We would like to make all existing and potential customers aware of the following:

  • For the foreseeable future, we are bringing in remote surveys, allowing you to upload or email us photos of your existing conservatory and measurements. This will enable any pre work and quoting to be carried out without entering your home
  • Our teams can and will fit your new conservatory roof or upgrade with no contact needed between us and the occupants of the house, assuming that there is appropriate rear or side access. We also clean the work area as we go, and use anti-viral products to sanitise your conservatory throughout the work being undertaken
  • All 2Hot2Cold employees are following strict hygiene precautions, including handwashing as per NHS advice. We are also quite clear that any staff feeling ill must not attend work
  • In the same way as above, we respectfully request any customers with booked in work to let us know if they are isolating for reasons relating to Coronavirus so we can reschedule or amend
